Play your favorite games, surf the web, and watch your DVD or computer movies on a 35" big screen! All you need is a few basic engineering skills and some luck in finding the needed parts on the "parts list" of this project.

At no time should you use your dad's computer for this project or anyone elses stuff, and take your time when shopping or looking for the things you'll need to complete each project. Start working in "steps", and write everything down.

This is a BIG project and requires you to have the room on your desk or in its own area. The screen size is a great thing, but it makes me "sit up" all the time. You'll also have to set your computer so as to accomodate the limited length of the monitor's I/O cable or find a monitor extention cord.

This Big Screen Monitor is just a 'second-hand' approach to having the more expensive computer "projectors" that are $2,000 or higher. The quality is not the best compared to the expensive projectors out there, but it will do just fine until you can afford better. Meanwhile, your usage of this monitor will 'spoil you' in notime, and it may even have you building another for your friends; once they see and feel the power of A Big Screen Monitor!
